Any graphics, graphic novels, or written media, contained in this WEBSITE are for general entertainment purposes only. The graphics, graphic novels, or written media are provided by various authors, and while we endeavour to preview all graphics, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the worldwide suitability for viewing among the many different cultures with respect to graphics contained on the WEBSITE.

WEBSITE-Author Relationship

You must be Thirteen (13) years of age or older to create an account at this WEBSITE.

Graphics, graphic novels, and written media that the ARTIST uploads and provides is the property of the ARTIST. We place a copyright with the ARTIST's name below all the media provided by the ARTIST. We suggest the ARTIST also place a watermark on all ARTIST uploaded graphics. We claim no ownership of an ARTIST's graphics, graphic novels, and written media information. It is the ARTIST's property alone, and an ARTIST may delete their ARTIST account at any time. When the ARTIST deletes their account all the ARTIST's graphics, graphic novels, written media and personal information provided are deleted.

All graphics, graphic novels, and written media uploaded to the WEBSITE (collectively, the “Submission”) will forever be the property of the ARTIST of the Submission. You, the ARTIST, acknowledge that you are responsible for whatever material is in the Submission, and you, not the WEBSITE, have full responsibility for the Submission, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright.

ARTIST’s Personal Responsibility 

By using this WEBSITE, the ARTIST accepts personal responsibility for the results of the ARTIST's actions. The ARTIST agrees to take full responsibility for any harm or damage the ARTIST suffers as a result of any copyright infringement of an ARTIST's Submission available on this WEBSITE. The ARTIST agrees to use judgment and conduct due diligence before uploading a Submission.

Publicity Disclaimer

From time to time, the WEBSITE may report on the success of one of its existing or prior Artists. You, the ARTIST, acknowledge that the prior success of others does not guarantee your success.

As with any business, results may vary and will be based on individual capacity, business experience, expertise, and level of desire. There are no guarantees concerning the level of success authors may experience. Each individual’s success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire and motivation.

The use of our services should be based on an ARTIST's own due diligence, and you, the ARTIST, agree that the WEBSITE is not liable for any success or failure of the ARTIST's business that is directly or indirectly related to the use of our services on this WEBSITE.

No Warranties

The WEBSITE makes no warranties regarding the performance or operation of this WEBSITE. The WEBSITE further makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to Submission contents included on this WEBSITE.

We have implemented technology and policies with the objective of protecting your privacy from unauthorized access and improper use and will update these measures as new technology becomes available, as appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

You, the ARTIST, agree to absolve the WEBSITE of any and all liability or loss that you or any person or entity associated with you may suffer or incur as a result of use of this WEBSITE. You, the ARTIST, agree that the WEBSITE shall not be liable to you for any type of damages, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, equitable, or consequential loss or damages for use of this WEBSITE.

The information and services included in or available through the WEBSITE may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. The WEBSITE may make improvements and/or changes in the WEBSITE at any time.

The WEBSITE makes no representations about the suitability of the information, services and related graphics contained on the WEBSITE for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all such information, services and related graphics are provided “as is” without warranty or condition of any kind.
